There were all sorts of critters in and around the dolphin cabin at Tesoro Escondido. The best? These little lizard, gecko things. They were everywhere! ...As evidenced by the below pictures...which Todd took (of 8 different lizards) in less than a minute. They never got longer than 4 inches and were actually super afraid of us. They never crawled on us or bothered us...they just hung out everywhere. They were really cute and they chirped at each other as a mating call. Compared to some of the other critters we encountered (which will appear in future posts)...Mr. Lee-zard and his family members were adorable.

Oh, those photos remind me of our island days...
Other critters? Please give some of us advance notice if any of them are snakes or hairy spiders.
