Todd bought Stella a new toy (that was on sale at REI) the other day. It's a Ruffwear Lunker and it's pretty cool looking. I tried it out for the first time yesterday and determined immediately that it is not Anna-friendly. It looks simple enough to use from the picture, but upon circling it over my head numerous times and letting go, it would drop just 10 feet from me. Todd had used it the day before and apparently got it to go super far (all the way down the big hill in the golf course). Ugghh. I kept trying and trying but my technique only got worse and worse. Apparently the key is circling it underhand, as opposed to over my head.
I'll give it another go today.

Omm no. I've had better luck throwing the lunker over the past few days, but I've also developed tennis elbow.

What the hell IS that thing? I vote for the video, too, just so I can see what the hell it is.
