It seems sad that I continue to post about Stella's new toy, but I have to be honest, exercising the dog for long periods of time in the cold Minnesota weather has been my JOB for the past 3 or so months. I spend entire days with the dog: she stares at me endlessly, she gets into the garbage, and generally drives me crazy until I get her outside. Once she's within the fence of the U of M golf course, things are better (except that she likes to chase after the skiers, snowshoers and sledding children). We spend hours lumbering around in the deep snow, bumping into doggy friends and finding disgusting things to eat. Although I complain that I spend too much time with her, I probably have Stella to thank for keeping me sane for these past (depressing) months.
This video clip is my attempt to catch the Lunker in action, but all you can really see is it spinning in and out of the frame.

That's a great video! I love how Stella stops and waits for it to fall. What a smart doggie.
Now get Toddie to film you throwing the thing. That's what I really want to see. :)
