The state of the economy and the upcoming (intense) election are enough to get anyone a little bit frazzled. Looking for a job in such a terrible market (my current task) elevates my stress level further. Lately, I watch this awesome video of the Caribbean waves crashing against the shore in Cahuita National Park to center myself.
The sound of the waves and the sunshine are cathartic; even the dude who walks in front of the camera is bound to bring a laugh. Enjoy.
