Todd and I recently spent 10 days with my brother and sister-in-law at their home in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Dave & Tya live up in the Sierra Nevada mountains... The trip consisted of lots of hiking, a day in wine country, having too much fun with a vending machine mustache, witnessing a prescribed burn in the park, and much harassing of their dog. The following posts highlight some of these things, as well as many gorgeous views of vistas, the mountains, varying terrain and my obvious need to purchase updated hiking gear. Enjoy!
