I was confronted with a dilemma yesterday, when I couldn't determine what to wear while taking the dog for a walk in 50 degree weather. I panicked, here's my thought process:
What do I wear? Obviously not my Lands End mom-parka, but a fleece? Yeah. How thick? Hmm... A thin fleece over a hoodie? Yeah, that seems right. A hat? Yeah a hat, it's not that warm. I can always put it in my pocket if it gets too hot. Long underwear? No way. Gloves? Probably not...51 is pretty close to 60, and no one wears gloves in 60 degree weather. Snow boots? No. That seems excessive, although it will be wet out. Wool socks? Hmmm...maybe, because my shoes might get wet.
Seriously - it's been cold here in MN for SO DAMN LONG that I have no idea what to wear when it warms up.

It is a real problem. We are confused and don't know what to do when the sun comes out.
Anna, I imagine you having a similar thought process many days though.
What shoes should I wear to work today? Should I wear the sling-backs? No, I'm wearing pants and the hem always gets caught. Hmm. Maybe I should wear the flats. Wait. Are these the pants that need to be hemmed? So heels? But I have that meeting three floors down and they hurt my feet. Hmmm...
You know me so well Rachie. So well.
