Yikesies! What's going on with the claws on his face?I have to admit, I haven't even seen the original Predator movies. I fell in love with him when I got sucked into AVP during an extended study break. The world of Aliens (of which I'm a huge fan) crossed with a crazy hunting machine? What could be better? Todd was at a loss for words.
My love was re-kindled on Thursday night when Todd and I watched AVPR - Alien v. Predator Requiem. This movie introduced the PredAlien, the hybrid alien that hatched from a predator's body. He looks like this:
As you can see, he has a healthy mix of Alien and Predator characteristics. He body is still full of burning acid, but he has a bigger noggin and the crazy face claws too.I guess there's no reason to attempt to get to the bottom of my love for the Predator. If you love you some sci-fi, and you especially love when two sci-fi worlds collide, I suggest you spend some time with my good friend - Mr. Predator - in AVP.
PS - The Predators have their own cloaking device. How cool is that?!?!
