I guess it's hard to tell (unless you have a Stella-trained eye) but Stella got a face cut this morning. As some of you know, crazy things happen in this house well before I get out of bed. This morning was no exception. Stella received a much needed face cut, however, my husband also managed to remove the eyelashes from her left eye. If you look closely at the picture, you'll see she has beautiful, long, black curled eyelashes on her right eye (towards the left, above her eye), but nothing on her left. Poor girl.
And this picture has to be posted just because it's adorable. Sleeping Stella.

p.s. Poor Stella. I burned off the eyelashes on one of my eyes once. It was embarrassing.
Dude, Rebecca, that's what I was going to say!! I never realized how leggy Stella is, by the way. What a cute doggie.
Seriously, she is just a mess of legs (and tail) in that second picture.
Burnt eyelashes, yikesies! That sounds terrible. The closest I've come to something like that is a burnt forehead from a curling iron.
This blog...as I secretly feared... is turning into a dlog; or a bldog. A blog all about my dog.
You know how pets look like their owners? Is it any surprise that Stella is leggy?!
And what is wrong with a blog all about one's dog?! What are you saying?
